Yea, of course I have seen this coming. What is a healthy attempt if there is no green smoothie in the promotional recipes?
Guilty as charged, I still decide to share this recipe. The only reason is because the taste is so yum.
You will need:
1 bunch of spinach (washed and chopped)
2 small-medium ripe mangoes (peeled, deseeded, chopped, frozen)
3 tsp soaked chia seed
1/4 tsp maca powder
1 cup filtered water
1. Put all the ingredients except maca powder in the blender, crush them to smooth bits.
2. Serve in a small glass (yields 3 cups)
3. Sprinkle maca powder on the surface.
