This time I made another smoothie that I want to share with you.
As usual my blending method is always ‘intuitive’. I put all the ingredients in the blender and they, basically in my memory, made a good combination (for my taste).
You will need:
2 Kale Leaves
5 Carrot Slices OR half a medium sized carrot (peeled)
1 Cabbage Leaf (wide spread)
5 Tbsp Yoghurt (I used homemade plain yoghurt)
1 Tbsp Chia Seed
1 Tbsp Hempseed Oil
1 tsp Maca Powder
150 ml Young Coconut Juice and Pulp
Put all ingredients in the blender, and mixed them until smooth.
Pour into a glass.
