My profound new love for Paleo diet gain a momentum ever since I experience significant improving health all the while shedding unneeded weight.

I also have a serious crush with various smoothies and spicy beverages that I create along with my surge of interest in anything healthy and delicious.


Some recipes will definitely worth to try and taste!




As my journey in wellbeing progresses, I become exposed to various other healthy types of eating. So, I may started as a Paleo fan, but currently I have broadened the spectrum to typically eat any low carb – high fat – non toxic food (most are in the Paleo scheme, but not all Paleo approved foods are in my scheme). And fortunately, not only in nutritious foods my knowledge had increased, but but also in herbs, spices, and how to consume them in my daily menu.
